2. How We Use Your Information

To process and manage course subscriptions and payments securely.

3. Payment Processing

We process all payments through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. Razorpay will handle all payment details and process transactions securely. TutorCat does not store sensitive payment information such as your credit card or bank account numbers.

4. Observation Period

Eligibility: After subscribing to a course, you will be eligible for a 15-day observation period.

Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel the course within the observation period, you will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the enrollment fee. Please note that the subscription will be canceled, and access to courses will be revoked upon refund.

5. Bank Account Safety

We take your financial security seriously. Any bank account information provided to us will only be used for payment processing through Razorpay and will not be misused under any circumstances. We do not store sensitive banking details on our platform.

6. Post-Observation Period

After the observation period, if you wish to discontinue the course, a final settlement will be made based on the number of classes attended. The settlement will be calculated proportionally to the services provided.

7. Tutor Change

We aim for complete satisfaction. If you or your child is not satisfied with the assigned tutor, you are free to request a tutor change at any time, and we will accommodate your preferences based on availability.

8. Class Rescheduling

If a class needs to be canceled due to any reason, we will ensure that the class is rescheduled to the following week. We strive to maintain consistency in your learning schedule and minimize disruptions.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal and payment information through secure data storage and encryption protocols. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access and Update Information: You can access, update, or correct your personal information through your account settings.

Email Preferences: You can opt-out of promotional emails or adjust your communication preferences at any time.

TutorCat services are designed for students in grades 4 through 12. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.
